This barn find is a great opportunity for the handy person. I've been working on this project for two years and it would make a great live aboard for two with a little more work. If you want an excellent project for the winter and have the skills to finish it this is an awesome Boat.
This fiberglass Sportfisherman's power is provided by rebuilt twin 1986 Crusader 454s with 800 hours on them. It has an onan 6.8 generator and central AC. New fresh water tank. Replaced aluminum fuel tanks, New helm seat. Brand new never used digital stove/oven. This boat has had many thousands of dollars invested in it.
New epoxy bottom and Micron CSC paint, The bottom doesn't leak a drop. New electrical panel and wiring.
I started to do some repair to the interior woodwork because of leaking windows but don't have time to finish. Rear Bulkhead is opened up for larger windows. Back deck has a small section of plywood that needs replacing probably from the tank replacement.

The Pacemaker 36 was a popular boat in the late 1970s thanks to her rugged fiberglass construction. The modified V hull is built like a tank with sharp entry forward to knife through the heavy seas. The hull then tapers aft to a shallower deadrise that is deep enough to offer a smooth ride while providing lift for speed. This 36 is built like a beast that can dance ballet. Comfortable accommodations, and classic good looks. Built on a low-deadrise hull with a shallow keel and a well-flared bow that can handle heavy seas. Features a two-stateroom interior with the galley in the salon, a standard lower helm and Fly-bridge helm W/ new seat. A large shower stall in the head. Good headroom, and large cabin windows create a comfortable and relaxing setting for entertaining or cruising. With 80 square feet of space, the cockpit is roomy enough for a couple of anglers and their gear.
It has electric windless and teak bow sprit. It also has the out rigger holders.
My priority's have changed thus the low price. (I can help with the work for a reasonable rate)
If you want a project these boats go for $15,000 in good shape.
