Up for sale is a 1957 Century Resorter that recently went through a large mechanical restoration and a light upholstery/cosmetic restoration. Mechanic had all the work done in the last two years, but didn't have time to drive it. It sat in the boathouse all summer and was only driven a couple times.
No expense was spared in restoring the engine. It was originally powered by a 1957 Ford 312ci Y block which was not worth rebuilding (included at no cost if you want it), it has been re-powered by an era correct Ford 390FE bored 60 over, police interceptor cam and valve-train, solid lifter motor. All new internals, rebuilt heads ect. New Holley 750cfm carb, electronic ignition, all new sensors (temp, oil), thermostat, too much to list. Runs amazing. Brand new ACME prop, GPS @ 48mph! Exhaust was upgraded from 2.5" to 3" copper thru hull tubes.
All new wiring front to back, all new gauges. New carpet this year and side panels upholstered. Seats were redone a few years ago by previous owner.
Bottom and stringers in very good shape, recent repaint.
