The Role
As a Production Associate, you will be at the heart of our operations. This is a hands-on role where you’ll ensure every bottle and package meets our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Produce Preparation: Cleaning, sorting, and cutting fresh fruits and vegetables with precision.
Packaging: Operating filling stations for bottles and packages in a clean, efficient environment.
Logistics: Handling deliveries to our retail partners and processing facilities.
Quality Control: Maintaining a sanitized workspace and ensuring product consistency.
What We’re Looking For:
A reliable, detail-oriented professional who takes pride in their work.
Ability to handle physical tasks (lifting produce, standing for shifts).
A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record for deliveries.
Passion for local food systems or sustainable agriculture is a plus!
