We have overwintered our 30+ Icelandic sheep in our barn and deep-bedded them. Now we have many many cubic feet of compost gold — layers of dropped hay and straw (not organic but also never chemically treated) and sheep manure. It’s 1.5-2ft deep throughout the barn. One image shows what last year’s muck looks like today — black rich nutrient dense stuff!

Needs to be mucked or scooped out with a tractor and hauled off. It’s all yours if you bring the bodies, tools and/or equipment to take it away!
